Just in case you need to know....
Frequently Asked Questions
As a small business we try to personally stay on top of both orders and emails from customers - to help new customers, we thought it would also be a great idea to provide you with some general information which we are often asked for.

Where is my garment made?
We make every garment by hand in our Herefordshire Studio, here in the U.K.

How long does it take before I receive my hand made garment?
We try to operate as sustainably as possible and keep our carbon footprint as low as we can - so occasionally this has small implications for lead times.

When we receive your order we group this together with other items in the same fabric and then purchase the desired amount of cloth from our U.K. suppliers. This means we keep fabric waste to a minimum and only order what we need.

Once the fabric arrives your garment is cut - in the same way a bespoke tailor would work, your fabric has 'been-spoken for'.
Once cut, the first stitches are made and your garment begins to take shape.
At every stage Nicola, Amy, Adele & Ty ensure your garment is lovingly created by hand.

From placing your order to the date of despatch we currently ask for 14 working days to make your order.

Our lead times maybe longer in the event of promotional periods and peak time trade such as Christmas, but we will endeavour to be realistic in our lead times - please forgive us in advance if your order is affected.
Once the 14 working days have passed, your order is shipped and you will receive an email containing your parcel reference number.
Please visit our delivery and returns page for more information on this.

What happens if I haven't received my order?
If you haven't received your notification after the 14 working days - then if you are in a hurry please contact us and give us a gentle nudge via email at earthtowalker@gmail.com

Sizing Enquiries
As a first port of call - clients should consult our Size guide - most answers can be found here to help you buy with confidence.
We understand that sometimes clients require a little wiggle room, some changes to length or to add some additional details to their order - with this in mind we encourage clients to enter this information in the comments box when placing an order.

My order is for a gift
If you are ordering for someone else as a gift - let us know and we can exclude the invoice from the parcel, gift wrap your item and even include a hand written message for you.
For special arrangement - please enter this information in the comments box when placing an order.

Garment Care
All our garments will come with care labels inside but the rules are simple -please make sure you only wash on a cool wash. We also recommend not to tumble dry your items as this will cause shrinkage.
Use a fabric softener and this will loosen the weave.

We have a dedicated page to tell you more about how to care for your hand made garment.
